We have provided some information below to answer questions often asked by our customers and we hope you will find this useful. If, however, you have any further questions, please email us at info@giftsfrommetoyou.com and we shall aim to respond within 24 hours.
Ordering
Can I add to an order already placed?
If you have placed an order online but would like to add additional items this may be possible if your order hasn’t already been processed for despatch. Please email info@giftsfrommetoyou.com with your details, including your existing order number, and we shall check if the order has been completed. If your order has already been despatched, then we will require you to place a separate order.
How can I contact you?

I have made a mistake with my order, can I change it?
We do not have the facility to amend your order if a mistake has been made. Please contact us on info@giftsfrommetoyou.com and ask us to cancel the order and ask that you place another order with the correct items.
Shipping & delivery
if I receive a damaged or broken item?
We always ensure plenty of packaging is used to avoid breakages and to protect the products. Unfortunately, there may be an occasion where an item is damaged or broken in transit. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us on info@giftsfrommetoyou.com with your order details and we shall do everything possible to resolve the issue and despatch a replacement. We may ask for photographs of the damaged item to avoid the item having to be sent back to us.
Who will be delivering my parcel?
Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail on a tracked service (depending on the option selected at checkout).
Can I send the gift directly to a third party?
If you wish a gift to be sent directly, please add their address at the delivery address and we will deliver the order direct to them. Please select the option that this is a gift and if you require gift wrapping when checking out.
Cancellations & Returns
Can I cancel an order?
If after placing an order you wish to cancel all, or part of it, please contact us on info@frommetoyou.com. Providing your order has not been processed for dispatch we will do everything possible to cancel and refund your order. If your order has already been dispatched, we ask that you send the goods back to us at your expense. Please ensure the goods are securely packaged with the order number. A refund will be processed within 5 working days of receipt.
How do I return an item?
We are sorry to hear you wish to return an item from your order – please return item which must still be in the original packaging to:

Please enclose a note stating your order number and reason for return to allow us to process the refund.
Can I return an item to the shop?
If it is more convenient for you to return an item to the shop, please hand deliver the item which must still be in the original packaging to:

Please enclose a note stating your order number and reason for return to allow us to process the refund. The return shall then be processed, and a refund issued within 5 working days.
